Having the necessary hardware, software, human capital and know how to provide a complete solution to your projects starting from engineering and design till erection on site, BO-X is able to fabricate Heat Exchangers with Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel, Carbon Steel Body and Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel, Carbon Steel ,Copper Tubes.
During the lifetime of projects, frequent and regular reports are shared with our valued clients in order to satisfy all the needs of the client and the necessities of the relevant code.
Pressure Equipments are fabricated and delivered with CE Marking.
Together with each delivered Equipment, a “Quality File” is given. The file includes all the necessary information for the tracability of the fabrication like the relevant material certificates, used welding and testing procedures, the certificates of the welders etc.
The prerequiste for such fabrications, ISO EN 3834-2 “Welding Quality Assurance System“, is certified by TUV Nord.
ISO 9001, 14001, 18001 quality assurance systems are applied which ensure a sustainable and tracable operation processes .
BO-X has design, engineering and fabrication procedures according to international norms such as EN, PED, ASME , UL, TSE.
To give an example, ASME Section VIII Div.1, EN 13445 and AD 2000 standards are applied for Pressure Equipment fabrications.
